Adorable and fun, lined, beautifully embroidered blouse/jacket with two tie details in front (no buttons) and two usable pockets. Indicated one pull in puc on back of left sleeve. Overall it is in excellent condition. Only worn a handful of times with a cami. Chest 22 Length 24 Sleeves 23-26 (hard to measure, rounded shoulder, dropped seam detail) REASONABLE offers considered.
