Hi! I’m sorry you don’t approve of the sweater and felt it was shrunk. Had you messaged me I could have assisted in making it right. I see you have posted the sweater on your page… if you are unhappy with the item description you should update the description on your page so you don’t get stuck with a 1 star rating for no reason. Otherwise you are literally reselling the item with the same description you complained on my page about.
