Free People Black Velour Velvet Sleeveless Empire Waist Mini Dress Size Medium New With defect- Purchased this on here and it was not noted that the little embellishment on the front was coming up and needs fabric glue. I don’t like the fit on this dress so I’m just selling it. It comes up to my knees and I’m 5’2. I’m wearing it without a bra in the picture and I’m about a 32dd. It’s a medium but if you are small and want a larger fit you could pull it off. It’s a velvet like material and great for a wedding or event.
