Free People Black Sheer Elephant Sequin Dress This dress has a black slip underneath. The outer layer is sheer and has beautiful sequins stitched of 2 elephants with a blue rose in the middle. There are sequins around the sleeves and neck along with a tie to make the neck as loose or tight as you want it. Very flattering fit & in like new condition. No sequins missing that I am aware of.
