Free People Bell Sleeve Tunic

This was labeled as a dress when I bought it but I’m 5’8” and found it to be a tad short for my taste, though it does fully cover my backside. Beautiful pattern, V neck cut with button detail down the front. Optional tie at the neck. Loose fit 100% Rayon. Can measure upon request! Lightly worn.
