Free People Ballet Look Wrap Popover Dress (Claire McCardell)

I am selling a very fun, popover dress that wraps to the back and then the back wraps around the front. It just reminds me of someone that might be a ballerina handkerchief hem very full and flowy! Size M-L so can fit many sizes depending on your body! I bought it but never wore it.
