Fredrick’s of Hollywood black velvet and red satin cape costume

NWT. From Fredrick’s of Hollywood black velvet cape with hood and red satin lining and rosette accents. Satin tie. Openings on each side for your arms. Bought many years ago for a Halloween costume but it’s been packed away and never worn. I’m 5’6” and it goes down to the top of my ankle.
