Good preowned condition; signs of wear (zoom in on pics) but all the sequin is in tact. Originally came with removable padding, but padding is not included. Slits in inner lining if you want to add your own padding though. Never worn in a pool, only worn for photo shoots and promos in my earlier days as a model.
