Fred Perry blue and white gingham button up dreas

very light and thin fred perry gingham button up dress size uk 10 / D 36 / Eur 38 / usa 6 i bought this off ebay, thought i would fit a 6, definitely usually fit a modern day 6....but this apparently is not a victim of vanity sizing...it is either a small us 6 or....well either way its small. non smoking house
