Fred David Woman Black Red Floral Lace Design Button Up Down SS Blouse Cuff 2X

Fred David Woman red and black button up blouse is size plus 2X. Blouse is fitted so won’t fit me. I got this at a 2nd hand place. Sleeves have a split black band at hem that folds up to be short sleeves. The collar and trim on front with buttons is also black. Design has a deep red background. On top is a floral lacy design. There is no lace on blouse. Made in China of 97% polyester 3% spandex. Blouse does stretch more but then it pulls at the buttons on front leaving gaps between buttons. Armpit to armpit is 25” across front. Shoulder to hem on side is about 23” long. Hem is curved.
