Frankoma Plainsman Desert Gold Casserole Dish with Lid - 2.5 Quart Redware

This is a Frankoma Plainsman casserole with matching lid in the color "Prairie Gold" which is a soft golden beige with tan highlights. Can be used with or without the lid, lid nests upside down,  inside for storage. This modern look red ware dish would mix and match with many of the Frankoma patterns or add to your collection of lovely Frankoma. Perfect for serving your main dish casserole or holiday side dish. VINTAGE: this pattern was made between 1980-2000. MARKINGS: 6V & Frankoma on the bottom. SIZE: the casserole is 10 1/4" in diameter at the upper lip x 4 1/4" deep. Lid is 8 1/2" diameter. Total height to top of lid is 6 3/4". Holds 2 1/2 quarts. CONDITION: Looks like it was never used, I detected no issues, no chips, crazing, cracks or repairs in either piece. Both pieces are shiny in the tan areas (beige was produced in a matte finish for contrast), with no dishwasher damage (which can cause hazing or loss of shine).
