This is a vintage limited edition fine porcelain decorative plate by Franklin Mint Heirloom Collection featuring two black labrador retriever dogs puppies with a duck decoy. It is titled Beginners’ Luck with a 1991 copyright. Plate No. I8308. For decorative use only, not for use with food. The plate measures 8 inches in diameter. It has a gold rim. Very good pre-owned condition with no chips, cracks or scratches.
