Franklin Mint Beagle Bedtime Limited Edition Numbered porcelain collector's plate by Larry Grant. The plate has a gold rim and is approximately 8 inches in diameter and framed in a very nice gold-rimmed wooden frame that is 11-1/4 inches in diameter made by Van Hygan & Smythe, and is probably worth more than the plate.
