Frank Lyman 2 piece

Frank Lyman skirt and matching polka dot top. Both pieces are lined so that you cannot see through the top layer of sheer fabric. Perfect for a summertime party! Note that there are some loose threads and a few places on the fabric that may have to be mended on the skirt, but it is barely noticeable, as the black fabric lays over top to conceal it.
