Francesca’s blouse

Very cute, printed top from Francesca’s! Flutter sleeves, mini v detailing with tassels. Tassels fray but have since I first bought the shirt... believe it may be the way it was made but still very cute. Somewhat sheer but overall a great material that pairs nicely with an under tank top! Size S.
