Never been worn! This dress is so beautiful. Has ruffles on the top and bottom, and is light blue. Has pink flower design on it. Zipper works great, and there is a button at the top of the back. Great for a wedding or a party. Still has clear straps for hanger attached. Brand is Miami but I purchased it from francesca’s.
