Blouse from Bee Stitched 🐝 purchased at Francesca’s - partial button up, mandarin-style collar - dolphin hem - sleeves roll up and can be buttons at 3/4 length - Size S, could also fit an XS - tiny spot on bottom of shirt as seen in the last photo (I haven’t tried washing it)
