Cute navy and tan striped dress by Needle & Thread. —Fitted around the top and flattering on the bottom. —78% polyester, 18% rayon, 4% spandex —Tag says Needle and Thread but it’s from Francesca’s. Size: Women’s small Good preowned condition, but still has a lot of life left. --No rips or tears. —It has a two small belt loops but the belt was cheap and is long gone.
