Francesca’s Navy Blue Dress

This dress is lightly worn, in great condition, no stains or rips. The top is navy blue and the bottom is navy blue/white. There is a zipper down the back that is a gold/bronze color. The dress is cinched at the waist and flares out slightly at the skirt, very flattering!
