Francesca’s Miami Halter Dress Large with lining flowy with flowers

This dress is adorable and super light. Decorated with red and yellow flowers and blue/black details. Perfect for summer. Very gently used. I think I wore it once or twice. I’m 5’9“ and it hits me mid thigh.
