Francesca's Embroidered Dress

Navy blue dress with floral embroidery. Bought from Francesca's. Brand is Blue Rain. Never worn, but I took the tags off a while ago and am not sure what happened to them. Update- later noticed some sort of glue-like stain from storage closet, on inside of dress (but outside of the inner liner) which is not noticeable on exterior (see last 2 pics)
