Francesas plaid top

This shirt has puffy sleeves that can be worn on or off the shoulder. It has a button close in the front with a slight peplum. It is red, blue, white, and yellow plaid from francescas! It’s super cute but I just didn’t try it on before I bought it so it is 100% new and unworn! It comes down slightly above the hips so would look best with high waisted pants/leggings/skirt :)
