Is it lined? Also, reviews have said it is snug in bust.

@karencliffor780 yes lined. Very well made dress. I would say that’s accurate about bust, although I originally purchased a 12, and found it to be too roomy through the chest, so exchanged for the medium. I typically wear a size 10-12, in tops, if that helps. If you have very generous bust size I would say it’s not the best style. It’s kind of a 60’s cut.
