Fox Pillow Cover Linen & Cotton

This is an orange pillow cover decorated with a fox design. It has never been used. The front is orange and the back is neutral as seen in the photos. The tag clearly says that it is for an 18”X18” pillow. When measured, the cover is 17”X17” with a 14” zipper… please see photos. I assume an 18” pillow will fill out the cover so that it looks full, but I want to point out the measurement discrepancy as I am unfamiliar with how cover fit is determined Let me know if you have any questions.
