I want to clarify I never sell used makeup for health reasons. These are cvs overstock pulls that have been shipped multiple times so the exterior of the bottles can have minor damage such as scratched or peeling paint from the label or adhesive from store tags and stickers. The shipping process can cause a small amount of liquid to escape into threads on cap and neck of the bottles. But product has never been touched.
