Reposhing this item I purchased from @funshopper619. Loved it but did not fit me. it been some small alteration from the back and front skirt so it can fit size 4 to 14 us. it has zipper and thread for dress to adjust the size that need. no stain. very royal blue and very volume giving princess look, very elegant.

@atimeline yes, it is new. i did some small alteration in the back which can fit size 4-14 usa. and no stain or damage.
