Fostoria American Clear Mayonnaise Bowl ONLY NO Underplate or Spoon / Ladle Vintage FLAW Pre-owned - there is a small chip on the foot - scuffing - NOTE: there appears to be black specs in the glass, I tried to remove the specs using various solvents but nothing would change them. I believe it may be a manufacturing flaw.
