This is a super cute tote bag by Fossil. It features a fun black and white dot and stripe design with brown leather accents. It features 2 open pockets on the outside, full zip closure, and small interior zip close pocket. It is fully lined in a black cotton fabric. In overall excellent pre-owned condition with no stains,rips, holes, tears or odors. I believe the straps are leather....the rest of the bag is faux leather. measurements are: 17" wide x 13.5 high x 4.5 deep. Straps have a 7" drop to the top of the bag.
