It has a front flap with a magnetic closure for an outside pocket. It has another outside pocket below it that zips. The main compartment zips closed and has some inside pockets. It has two smaller side outer pockets as well. It has logos throughout the bag, on the hardware. It measures 9 x 8.5 x 3.5 inches. Very nice bag for everyday use. Perfect size for errands.
