Fossil Royal Blue Beaded Cluster Stretch Link Bracelet

This bold and beautiful blue beaded Fossil cluster bracelet is set on silver-toned metal stretch links. It measures about 1.25" wide by 8" unstretched. It is in excellent pre-owned condition. I am not sure if the beads are ceramic or lapis. They are definitely not plastic.
