Fossil Pendant in 925 silver

This is a very unique and interesting pendant piece. I bought it in Middlebury, Vermont in a high end jewelry store years ago for over $150 and it was described to me as a fossil set in silver. The silver is beginning to come loose from the fossil and may eventually need some TLC and need to eventually be glued back in for better security. This is a heavy piece and gorgeous on. A conversation starter piece!
