This was one of my favorite jackets/coats I've ever had for a long time. It has so many bells and whistles. Zipper and Button front closure. Four big pockets on the front w/ snap closure along with 2 hand warmer pockets. Reinforced interior-chest pocket with snap closure. One small shoulder pocket w/ snap closure. Gusseted wrist cuff and hood that make the jacket stand out and look so much cooler than others in this style. If left unbuttoned, the wrist hole/cuffs hand sort of exaggeratedly and...idk what else to say, they just look cool. The hood is oversized/deep but not super wide, so it doesnt look sloppy whether its down or up. A trimmer cut that fit me perfectly when I was 6ft, 168 lbs (tallish and trim). Made of a super cool rip-stop fabric in a perfect, worn military green/olive shade.
I'm only writing this bc I really loved this jacket (more-so even than my Rogue Territory, Imogene + Willie and Ship John coats, bc of its perfect weight, cut and functionality.
If you're looking for a military-inspired jacket that just barely falls on the side of fashion-y (bc of the features and cut-not bc of aesthetics over utility) - THIS IS THE ONE.
The only issue is the brass zipper pull tab has broken in half, so I replaced it with a key ring, but you could easily replace the key ring with whatever pull you'd like.
I bought this at Neiman Marcus in Indianapolis and, at the time, it was the most expensive piece of clothing I owned (around $270).
