Fossil 100% Cotton Pullon Elastic Waist Embellished Skirt

This skirt can easily go from dressy to casual. From Fossil, it’s a comfortable 100% cotton, with an elastic waist so it’s pull on and go. The top portion is a deep bluish-purple, with a green geometric pattern all across the bottom. The skirt is also fully lined. Size S, the relaxed waist is approx 15.5” across and the length is about 18.5”. Very good preowned condition, no rips or stains.
