Forum Novelties Child Size Wizard Moon & Stars Wizard Cap NWOT, Never worn! Good vintage condition, black satiny fabric with silver moons & star. Silver padded rim. This was a personal item that was way too small. So, it ended up being stored away for years. Turns out, it's a child's size. It's unbranded. But, appears to be the same hat offered by Forum Novelties. Being over 20 years old, it'll probably only make it through one season. I had it in black and gold as well. But, the paint on that one had started rub off, so I donated it. Child's Size: O/S Measurements: Approx 15" tall (floppy style) and Approx 19/20" in circumference.
