Formal short Tony Bowls gown!

Size 2, designer name brand Tony Bowls short dress. I would say the dress is an aqua color and more on the blue side. Worn once, may have very minimal and not really noticeable water spots. Tight fitted around the bust and is flowy with layers after that. Beautiful crystal beading around the neckline all the way around. Cups are sown in but can be easily taken out, other than that no alterations.
