macnjac @laci_love great question- I can't be sure- but I want to say it would fit pretty good. It's not a true ladies small- more of a JR small. You know that section of dresses in big department stores that comes out in time for spring formats? Also- it's easier to make something smaller than bigger- a little safety pin here or there can often be a great solution. I don't remember what her weight was when she wore this- but she was young (middle school) and tiny 5'1
