Glimmering paisley motifs circle the hemline of this statement-making velvet and tulle fit-and-flare dress. The high neck bodice features an open back. It has two clasps at the back of neck and a zip back. There are two liners. Size 7., juniors. The bodice is black, the liners and the tulle is a navy blue, with glimmering silver and black design. The dress originally came with a black sash for the waist. I do not have that. You could pick that up very cheaply, but it looks great without too! Thank you for looking! Happy shopping!💕
