Formal black and white dress

Cruella for Halloween anyone? This is the cutest off shoulder with rosette detail dress. Built in bra pads. Taffeta material. No stretch. Could be shortened for a totally new look. The black is raised felt like print. There is a small stain in pictures in the front bottom of dress barely noticeable. I have not tried to clean it.
