Formal White and Blue Floral Dress

Super pretty, formal dress, more fitted top and a full bottom. Somewhat tough material (holds the shaping/folds in the bottom). Simple white patterned material with royal blue groups of flowers, worn once or twice, minor stains on the front lower part of the dress but you literally can't see them unless you're looking for them in my opinion (pictured). Size small - great for any formal event, rush, even church.
