dfwhitecloud@rod8334 hello.. measurements of the dress when I laid it down flat. I measured straight across the bust (underarm to underarm) and itโ€™s 15 1/2 inches. The bust also has bra pads sewn in. From the top of shoulder to the waist is 14 1/2 inches. The waist across the front of the dress is 11 1/2 inches and it has elastic in it so it stretches out to about 14 1/2 inches. From the waist to the end hem is 43 1/4โ€ long. The dress is a stretchy material. I hope this helps. ๐Ÿ˜Š
