Juniors formal dress, size 3. Beautiful royal blue above the knee formal dress with one strap, sweetheart neckline, beaded appliqués on side and shoulder strap, 4 layers of tulle/fabric, zip up closure in the back, and flowy chiffon material. Super cute, perfect for winter formal, homecoming, sweet 16, birthdays, new years, parties, prom, weddings, etc! Worn only once!! Brand is City Triangles. Note: it hangs nicer than pictured, this was hard to hang from a hanger.
