Formal Dress

I bought this online for prom 5 years ago and it came from China and was not the dress I ordered, so I never wore it. Grey silk/satin underlay, white lace overlay with gold beaded leaf shoulder band. Hook & eye & zipper closure. It's a size 4 and relatively long, but I don't quite understand what's on the label. I'm 5'2" and it flows way under my feet. The bust could comfortably fit up to a C cup. Make an offer!!
