Who is this dress made by? Is it more of a 12/14 XL or 14/16 XL?

@fashundeeva It's from Forever 21. I'm a 16 pant size and XL shirt size and the dress fits nicely. It hugs the curves in a flattering way. I'm also 5'3" and it rests right to my knee so depending on how tall you are it could be shorter.
