Would go perfect with some cowboy boots. • Fabric texture has a smooth feel to it. • Keyhole cutout with button on the back • Elastic cord/band to cinch the waist • Has extra thread on the side for a skinny belt (was removed, not included) • Navy blue with very tiny white flowers • Sleeves sit wide apart on the shoulders in comparison to a T-shirt (wide neck hole) • Shoulders are covered by a ruffle that extends from the front to backside. • Bottom of dress falls above the knee and past the fingertips.
