Forever21 off the shoulder top

This has only been worn once. It is a mesh/see through design yellow/mustard/ fools gold off the shoulder top/blouse with ruffle sleeves. Has some slight pulling, which I’m unaware where it came from. It’s is otherwise in perfect condition. I recommend size medium to fit best (no size tag on top)
