Forever21 Sheer Ruffle Tunic

Sheer tunic with from ruffles, zipper detail & tie. Sleeves hit at the elbow & have elastic with ruffles as well. Tie at the neck can be left open or tie for a chic French look. Does have one small snag in fabric, as shown in photo.
