Forever21 brand, Size 1XL. This top fit me really well back before I got a breast reduction, now it's too loose on the chest, and I like clothes to be tight! It's gently loved, minor wearing on the fabric and the tags are cut off, but no blemishes/snags/stains. Looks good with and without a bra, since the bra sort of blends in with the straps if it's also the same color.
