A surprisingly really warm and thick jacket from Forever21. There are pockets (pictures last) and elastic around the bottom of the jacket. Full zip up and a hood. Really warm and you can easily fit clothes under if you need but I usually only wore with a shirt under and used this in the spring. Only worn a handful of times, no signs of wear.
