Forever U Collection Asymmetric Dress Bright Floral and Polkadot Mix

Love the vibe of this dress, I just can't pull it off. Ordered from ASOS. Wore once and has been sitting in my closet. Tags are removed and it has some fraying (Pictured) which is why I am marking it so low. It is clean and functions as it should.
