Forever 21 y2k tank top

Forever 21 y2k crinkle texture brown/tan tie dye tank top. It is in good condition but there is a small pinhole on the side. The material is pretty stretchy and it is labeled a size large but it fits more like a medium and could fit a small. Measurements are below: Length- 21.5” Chest- 15.5” Waist- 13.5”
